I know most at&t corporately owned stores have a device that will just transfer all of your contacts.
If you want to do it yourself the below site will help copy all contacts to your old phone then put the new sim in and copy all

Will my old SIM card fit into my new Samsung Blackjack II?
Jun 12, 2008 by Katie | Posted in Cell Phones & Plans
I just ordered the Samsung Blackjack II (i617) from AT&T. I am wondering whether or not my old SIM card from my previous phone will fit into the Blackjack II. Are all SIM cards universal? Or do they change with newer generations and types of phones?
What type of phone and model was your previous phone? Most likely if it is an AT&T phone, then yes the sim card should fit in the Blackjack 2. AT&T sim cards are all the same (orange color). Try it and see if it works. If it does then good.

Is it possible to get a new blackjack 2 in a different color if you have insurance?
Mar 10, 2009 by Kay S | Posted in Cell Phones & Plans
I accidentally dropped my phone in the sink while doing dishes and now some of the features aren't working. I'd like a new color. I had the black one but I want the pink and white one. Is it possible to get it if I have insurance on my phone?
With the insurance you will defiantly get a phone. As a general rule Asurion sends out the exact thing you had before, in most cases the only way to get a different color or model is if they are out of what you had before.
