I used to promote 888 Casino on Net as an affiliate on a CPA basis, but they are only offering revenue share commission now. Some of their top affiliates have CPA deals although.

I want to become a sub affiliate on CPA basis.

probably they did cut you CPA deal as you were sending low value players. It happens. I suggest you try some other affiliate program with other brands. Best in my opinion is PartyCasino that is the largest casino online, along with party poker - leaders
