What percentage Native American do you have to be in order to receive the tribal casino money?
Feb 12, 2010 by Viva La Brent | Posted in Other - Society & Culture
I am part Chippewa and I was wondering what percentage Native American you have to be to receive casino revenue money. I am asking for the Chippewa Tribe, but any information on any tribe would be appreciated.
Percentages are forgotten treaties. Money isn't longer printed in honour of Earth or Animals. At least coins are still round, lol! Paper is in the shape of "Property,"..kinda like the new high-tech debit cards.
It's all the same

You have to be enrolled with the tribe that has a casino and distributes per capita payments to it's enrolled members. The actual amount of blood you have to have is up to the tribe to decide. No matter what your blood quantum is, if you're not enrolled

Can someone sue a casino for money lost, if they were intoxicated during the actual gambling?
Nov 02, 2010 by kunal | Posted in Law & Ethics
say a man went to casino (one that usually serves free drinks) and became intoxicated and lost money playing games or gambling in the casino, is he entitled to sue the casino for money lost?
Please attach a link of a case showing this if possible.
You can sue, but you won't win.
In a Vegas Casino, half the people are drunk. Nearly All the people lose money. No one is successfully suing them.

no, being intoxicated doesn't remove you from being responsible...are you saying that if I go drive a car, and kill someone, I shouldn't be charged, because I am not responsible for what I did while I was drunk?

How can I play at a no deposit casino that says I have used my free money?
Nov 12, 2007 by colleen l | Posted in Gambling
Hi, I recently downloaded several free money casinos, the ones with 500 for sixty minutes but I was unable to play because it said I had played there. I just got my laptop and i have never been there, yet they told me that my computer says I did when
One of the ways the on-line casinos track you is by the computer's IP address. Is it a re-furbished laptop? Try this site

Is horse and dog racing a more reliable way to win money than casino games?
Nov 03, 2010 by Bad Knee | Posted in Horse Racing
Just wondering.. I seem to have a lot more consistent 'luck' winning money on horse or dog racing than when I'm playing ANY game at the casino.. What your experience? Thanks
The answer is Yes. Although the %age take is higher than on, say, roulette, it is possible to know something more about a horse or a dog than the person who lays the odds whereas it is NEVER possible to know anything about a random game of chance. If
