Is there an easy way to memorize the blackjack basic strategy chart?

Absolutely, they usually sell them at the casino for you to buy, also they keep the chart accessible in the touchscreen computers in the pit shoudl you not have a card and be wondering what the ideal action is. Sadly the piut never seems to know it off

In general at US casinos, are you allowed to hold and look at a blackjack strategy chart during play?
In general, casinos do not have a problem with players consulting a basic strategy chart. I do remember one Vegas casino (I think it was the LV Hilton) where the dealer told the player that he had to stand away from the table when consulting the card.
